We provide repair services for all brands of laptops including Dell, Apple, IBM, HP, Sony, Toshiba, Gateway, etcetera. Our Apple repairs include G4, G5, Macbook, Macbook Pro, iMac, and iPad. We repair all laptops for reasonable prices and warrant our repairs.

Fair Laptop Repair Pricing

We will give you an estimate, based on our experience from similar issues and this will become our flat rate. If we need to do extensive diagnostice in order to give you an estimate, we will need to charge you a $45 diagnostic fee if you don't wish to proceed with the repair. We know that this is fair because we may need to spend a fair amount of time using our experienced technicians (who we need to pay for the time.) On the other hand, we always offer an easier way for those who have decided not to fix their laptop.

Softening the blow

If you decide not fix your computer, we can save the data to an external drive (provided by you) for $48. If you pay for this service, we don't have to charge the minimum $45 diagnostic fee. We feel this leaves you feeling you got something for your money (other than bad news.) Meantime, we get paid something for our effort. We find customers are content with this policy.
